Negotiation Definition: Any CarEdge AI dealer outreach session counts as one negotiation. Outreach sessions come from our AI deal telemetry stream.
Savings Calculation: Savings are calculated from VIN-level quote groups: highest quoted price minus final quoted price (with trade value normalized back into gross price). This requires multi-quote history for the same vehicle.
Time Saved: Uses observed customer time-saved telemetry from negotiation workflows. If telemetry is unavailable, we use conservative round-based estimates.
Responsiveness Metrics: Email/SMS response rates measure the share of outreach deals that received at least one dealer response on that same channel.
Data Validity: Quote-level savings include only valid OTD prices ($0-$500k). Outlier filtering and channel safeguards are applied before aggregation.
